This new large western work depicts "Mount Sopris" which is a massive mountain in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. As you head down highway 82, you begin to see what looks like an epic peak and as you get closer, you can hardly believe just how epic it is. It dominates the view from Basalt to north of Carbondale.
